Intermediate Ladies
Eoin Clarke & Co Intermediate Championship Semi-Final
St. Joseph's 3-12
Caulry 1-3
Our Intermediate Ladies bow out of the championship after losing their semi-final against a very strong St. Joseph's on Saturday in Rosemount. It was a tough game in awful conditions. This panel of girls are to be applauded for their efforts this year and have retained intermediate status for 2024. Sincere thanks to TJ, Jody, Michelle, Bernard and Mary for their commitment this year. We wish St. Joseph's and Coralstown-Kinnegad the best of luck in the Intermediate Final.
U-14 Girls
Division 3 Semi-Final
Multyfarnham 4-4
Caulry 2-8
It was not our day on Sunday either, when Multyfarnham took the lead in the first ten minutes of the game, with a draw at half time and neck and neck scores in the second half our girls found it hard to reply after a goal from Multyfarnham in the last few minutes of the game. This fantastic bunch of girls and their management worked and trained tirelessly all year and are disappointed that their season has ended, huge thanks to Ronan, Nestor, Niall, Caroline, Maree & Karen for all their work this year.
U-16 Girls
Division 1 Quarter-Final
St. Mary's Rochfortbridge 4-7
Caulry 1-5
Commiserations to our U-16 girls who were defeated in their quarter-final v St. Mary's Rochfordbridge last weekend. Another great panel of girls who worked extremely hard in this division, unfortunately we also bow out of the championship. Thanks to their management team of Jody, Tom, John, Martina, Ann Marie & Niamh for all their work this season.
